At The Suavia Official, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
🔄 Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in complete packaging
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
📌 Important:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee when sending items back to our Asia Return Warehouse.

- Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping
- Do NOT return the item to the address on the package slip
- This address is used for courier sorting purposes only
- It is NOT our official return warehouse
👉 We will provide the correct return address after your request is approved.
❌ Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

✅ Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
